Directly and indirectly manage staff with the goal of enhancing professional development and personal growth.

Maintaining the strong culture of inculcating sales & business development, Business Intelligence, camaraderie. Manage the highly trained senior Group Leaders and Product Managers.

Also work closely with Key Accounts to generate projects and create vision for future growth individually as well as his team members.

Deciding on the budget for the department or company

Must have: B Tech / M Tech in Chemical or Paint Technology or Polymer

Good to have: Bachelor  degree in business administration, business management or relevant fields.
