Job Description
This role will be responsible for
- Identify new customers and businesses.
- Attending customer complaints and queries.
- Monitor and report on the activities of competitors.
- Work in liaison with technical personnel to make product presentations to customers.
- Sending quotations and follow-up.
- Liaison with Credit control department for timely payment realizations.
- Handle the allotted foreign Principals (Manufacturers) accounts.
- Preparing sales reports.
- Travel within India to interact with customers.

- Excellent domain knowledge & understanding of market.
