Identifying and introducing products of clients (existing and new) in the specified regions/customers.
To undergo technical training and support the PHI sales team and customers with technical know-how and product application.
Ensuring that the targets set by General Manager-PHI are met to achieve a performance bonus.
Analyzing the potential of pharmaceutical market in terms of KSM, Solvents, Intermediates, API vertical and building the customer base.
Sending monthly and other specified reports business development to the General Manager and to principals/suppliers.
Coordinating and organizing supplier visits at customer R & D.
Provide technical solutions to customers.
To support customers in shop floor trials.
New responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager based on industry clusters or product groups and development of all regions.
Current responsibilities are given looking towards long term personal as well organizational developments and might change in future based on your performance and organizational requirements.
