Job Description

  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct costing monitoring to assess the profitability of products or services and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Manage transfer pricing of the imported products for seamless operations.
  • Manage direct and indirect taxes.
  • Account finalization.
  • Perform profitability analysis to evaluate the financial performance of different business units, projects, or initiatives.
  • Prepare financial reports (MIS) to share with APAC HQ and presentations for senior management.
  • Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing working capital.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banking partners, lenders, and investors.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay current with financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years experience in a finance leadership role, with a track record of success in financial management and analysis.

Strong understanding of financial principles, Indian accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive mindset, with a commitment to driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
